Instructions: Click on link above to download the skin. Unzip it. Start the ICQ plus program, go to the ICQ main menu (bottom left corner) and click on "Plus". Select "Import" and browse to the folder where you unzipped the skin. Select the skin and click "Apply" to start using your new skin!
